Beale Street Music Fest: Mud, Sun, Great Music and Sweet Vibes

I've had the pleasure of attending festivals all over the country, and this year I had the pleasure of adding Beale Street Music Festival to that list. It was the lineup that intrigued me in the beginning, enough to want to road trip to Memphis from New York and cover this festival. From living legends like Neil Young and Paul Simon to reliving my teen years with Weezer, Gin Blossoms and Cypress Hill while still getting to see some of my favorites today such as Moon Taxi, Houndmouth, The Lone Bellow, and Joy Formidable. This fest seemed to have the most diverse lineup and I couldn't miss out.

Beale Street Music Fest was awesome. The venue was slightly smaller then your typical major music festival venue, but offered just as much great music and cool activities and sponsors as the rest. The diversity in their lineup is probably unmatched and the city of Memphis was great. I will definitely be returning next year.
